How to report an incident on a Kick Scooter

Getting in an accident is never fun, and we hope it never happens. But we want you to be prepared in case it does. Here are three ways you can report an incident to us.

  • Call us. There is a phone number located right in front of the floorboard of every scooter. Call us any time!
  • Email us. You can always email us at hi@scoot.com to report any incidents or ask us any questions
  • Chat with us. Open up the menu in the app, tap “Help” then tap the button on the top right of the screen. This way you can start a chat with us. It’s just like texting your best friend!

There are also incident reporting instructions in the help section of the app. Use those to send us the correct information when reporting an incident.
