Besides almost quadrupling the fleet in the last 6 months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make your Scoot experience as seamless as possible. That’s why we’re happy to announce free overnight reservations for Flex plan Members.

That’s right, the days of waking up early to reserve a scoot before your neighbors are over! Now, from 9pm to 9am you can reserve your scoot at night and hold it for free until your morning commute.

Simply find the scoot you want, click reserve, and select the time you’d like to start your ride the next morning. Your scoot will then sit reserved for you, for free, until you’re ready to hit the road. That’s it: no catch, no fees, no stress. You’ll definitely sleep soundly knowing there will be a trusty scoot waiting for you in the mornin’.

 

Q&A

What are the reservation hours? 
You can reserve your scoot from the hours of 9pm – 9am. At 9am, billing immediately begins.

Is this valid every night of the week?
Yes, you can reserve a scoot for free seven nights a week.

What if I want to cancel my reservation:
Easy! Simply hit “Cancel” in the app any time before 9am. Remember: if you don’t cancel, your billing will automatically begin at 9am.

What if I take a ride before my reserved time?
Billing starts as soon as you turn on your scoot. If you take a 2am ride, your billing will begin from the time you turn on your scoot until you end your ride. If you still want your scoot waiting for you in the morning, after you end your ride, simply reserve your scoot again.
