Late Night Scoot Adventure
It’s past midnight… You’ve been sleeping all day and now all of your pent up energy is suddenly releasing itself. It’s time for you to get out of the house and do something fun! Take this late night scoot ride for a lil’ after-dark snacking and sightseeing.
1. Grab your scoot and head to our late night favorite, Bob’s Donuts, for a quick snack to keep your tummy full while you ride. Everything at Bob’s is great but we LOVE their old-fashioned: creamy, crunchy, and sweet! (Park anywhere legal on the street)
2. Next up, Baker Beach. If you’ve never been to the beach on a clear night this will be a pleasant surprise. Enjoy the stars and relax as you count the little ants (cars) crossing the Golden Gate Bridge. (Park on Battery Chamberlin Rd)
3. Once you’ve admired the calmness of the ocean, it’s time to marvel at the night-time hustle and bustle of the city. Tank Hill Park gives you an incredible view of downtown, where you can see hundreds of little glimmers of other folks out there navigating through town. Can you find someone else on a scoot? They’re out there! (Park on Shrader and 17th and walk the rest of the way up the steep hill. Use caution on the way down.)
If the sun is coming up, you are officially a night time Scoot expert. Great Job! Now you can go home, sleep for a couple of hours, and wake up just in time to eat at one of our favorite lunch restaurants!
